Jefferson County residents age 18 and older may obtain a library card for a fee of $15.00 per year and the card is non-transferable. A valid photo ID and proof of residence within Jefferson County is required. Residents age 65 and older qualify for a free card. Community cardholders are limited to checking out 20 items at one time. The Library reserves the right to limit the number of items that may be checked out by community card holders so that sufficient resources are available for Jefferson College students. Items through MOBIUS may be available upon request. A $120 fine is charged for non-return of each MOBIUS item.
