Students taking Jefferson College credit classes use their Jefferson College Student ID as their library card. Student ID cards, validated for the current semester, are required when checking out any library material. For your convenience, the library staff may issue your Jefferson College Student ID at the Circulation Desk on the first floor of the Hillsboro Library.  Go to the front desk at the Arnold and Imperial campus sites to request a Student ID.

Jefferson County residents age 18 and older may obtain a library card for a fee of $15.00 per year and the card is non-transferable. The community card is free for seniors 65+. A valid photo ID and proof of residence within Jefferson County is required. Please visit the Circulation Desk at the library in Hillsboro to obtain a valid library card.
